You'll be working
awake shifts from 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
Sunday to Monday
, based in Tauranga.
In this role you will :
Support people in our housing and recovery mental health service
Have good people skills and able to work independently and within a wider team.
Be busy supporting people with budgeting and independent daily living skills.
Ensure health and safety during night shifts
Be prepared to do whatever it takes for the people we support - cleaning, cooking or helping with everyday tasks.
Preferably you'll hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or a recognised equivalent) or be willing to commence study towards this qualification within six months of starting with us.
You must hold a current full New Zealand driver's licence.
You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
