We're on the hunt for an energetic, passionate Bakery Manager to lead one of New World's top-performing Bakery departments in the South Island.

What We're Looking For :

Industry Trade Qualification in Baking or equivalent experience

Proven ability to meet and exceed financial performance targets

Strong leadership with integrity and initiative

Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

Creative mindset with a love for innovation in baking

Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities

Physically fit and ready for hands-on work

Commitment to food safety and hygiene compliance
