Kitchen hand, Cook Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Hand / Cook Assistant. This position involves providing support to our culinary staff in various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Food Preparation : Assist in the preparation of ingredients and menu items under the guidance of the chef.
• Cleaning and Sanitization : Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assistance during Service : Support the chef during service hours by assembling and garnishing dishes as needed.
• Stock Management : Monitor and replenish kitchen inventory, ensuring all items are appropriately stored.
• Adherence to Safety Standards : Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
