Following are the duties, you need to perform :
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Plan menus and update offerings in consultation with chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service are consistently maintained.
- Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and cost controls to meet business goals.
- Promote the restaurant’s products and services to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
- Plan and coordinate functions, special events, and promotions as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, health, and employment regulations.
- Maintain stock control and ensure inventory is effectively managed and ordered on time.
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Support team morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Serve customers and assist on the floor as required.
Perform any other reasonable duties related to the role. You will need the following skills :
