Role : Customer Service Representative (Guest Service Host)

About The Role

As a Guest Service Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them and providing clear information about our products and experiences.

You'll ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience while handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

We're looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who are customer-focused and can adapt to a flexible schedule.

This role involves working rostered shifts, primarily on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.

A warm, positive attitude and great communication skills

Attention to detail and confidence in handling cash and point-of-sale systems

The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced team

A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or guest service (a bonus!)
