You may be looking for a working holiday adventure in New Zealand for 6 months or maybe developing your hospitality career with us.We have accommodation options available and can also accommodate couples or small groups if everyone has hospitality experience.

Our seasonal teams are fun and made up of a diverse mix of people of all ages and nationalities.We have two Guest Services Attendant positions available – one starting in September, and one starting December

Both positions will continue through the summer season until April

• .What you will do : Our Guest Service team's main objective is to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

This is the perfect position for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and get involved!

This role involves a variety of tasks around the hotel, including : Assisting guests with luggageDriving and cleaning carsGenerally helping out wherever neededWhat you will bring : As well as your passion for service delivery and for luxury hospitality, you will have : Previous experience in a customer service positionThe ability to multi-task, prioritize and organizeA high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsA full driver's licenceA good level of physical fitnessWhat we offer : We offer competitive wages, delicious associate lunches and access to our Associate Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.

In addition, we endeavour whenever possible to provide you with 2 days in a row off each week.Due to our private and remote location, you will need to have your own reliable transport.

You will also need a valid working holiday visa or New Zealand work rights to apply.
