Are you passionate about fostering a strength-based leadership approachwhile creating positive, enduring relationships? We are seeking a dynamicindividual to join our team as a Puna Manager at our Raroera Te Puawai PunaReo on a permanent full-time (40 hours perweek) .
As our Puna Manager, you will provide leadership, professional development,and supervision to our ELC Kaiako (Educators), Administrator and Cook. Thisrole is instrumental in meeting management responsibilities to ensurecompliance and maintain the quality of operations and meeting the needs of allstakeholders. Upholding strategic and operational excellence is crucial indelivering exceptional Education services to our tamariki.
