About The RoleProvide a high-quality service to Landlords and Tenants, enhancing your professional career within a respected company.Manage a portfolio (up to 120) making sure rent is paid, inspections are done, and informational needs are met for Landlords and Tenants.Enjoy getting out of the office to complete inspections in properties around the city!

About the TeamJoin our wonderful team of 10 : a BDM who brings on clients / properties, a PM Team Leader and 7x PM\'s.

Our Accounts & Admin Coordinator is also in CHCH.

All are hardworking, supportive, and have a great sense of humour!

(We also have a team of 7 in our Auckland office).
