Depending on your skillset and interests, work could include employment disputes, compliance issues, personal grievances, change processes, workplace investigations, and more.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary processes, restructuring, and compliance with New Zealand employment legislation.Representing clients in mediation, negotiations, and litigation before the Employment Relations Authority or Employment Court.Assisting with workplace investigations and resolving disputes effectively.Providing strategic advice to government agencies and / or private sector clients on employment-related risks and opportunities.Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensuring clients remain compliant with legislative requirements.3 – 10 years of post-admission experience (will consider more senior experience)Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation (e.g., Employment Relations Act
