• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time efficiently to meet project milestones
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines
• Availability for remote work; no on-site presence required
• Experience working on indie or short film projects is a plus
