Key areas of responsibility include :

Staying close to insurer partners and emerging products to keep the business ahead of the market.

Collaborating with insurers to tweak and enhance policy wordings so clients get the best outcomes.

Guiding the business on complex coverage and policy language — making the tricky stuff easy to understand.

Leading smooth, accurate implementation of new products into systems and client-facing materials.

Overseeing client templates, ensuring they’re compliant, clear, and client-friendly.

Coaching and mentoring your small but amazing team while finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.
