Position Overview
This role would require collaborating with hospital stakeholders, vendors and IT teams to manage projects focusing on the SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify business needs
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the business requirements specifications and feasibility studies on possible solutions
- Support the development of business cases defining potential benefits, solutions to increase efficiencies of business processes and associated risks
Analyse business processes
Support the review of existing business processes to identify opportunitiesDevelop alternative solutions to streamline processesEvaluate the viability and feasibility of possible improvements to processesSupport the development of recommendations to increase efficiency of processesDevelop reports and strategic analysis of business processesTranslate business requirements into technical specification
Determine optimal means of meeting needs and requirementsTranslate business requirements and user needs into functional specificationsCollaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system designFunction as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycleWork with relevant stakeholders on user acceptance testingVerify that business requirements are incorporated into the designManage risks associated with solution integrationFacilitate change management
Support the development of change management plansDevelop technical documentation and training materialsConduct user training to facilitate adoption of new systemsAct as a point of contact for users regarding complex queriesManage projects
Schedule activities to drive deliverables toward meeting the overall project planWork with users, technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with projectImplementation
Review work at critical milestones with team leader or sponsor to maintain their commitment and supportProvide timely and accurate project progress informationRequirements
Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalentFunctional Knowledge in SAP Material ManagementDomain knowledge in supply chain such as order management, transport management and inventory management is preferredExperience in solution implementation, knowledge in integration with ERP and / or 3rd Party systems is a plusCreative problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical details to outsourced vendorsAble to communicate issues and status clearly to different levels of business stakeholders and usersPossess active listening skills, professional written and verbal communication skills.Proactive with strong accountability mindset, self driven individualProficient in Microsoft officeApply Now
