About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Stream Lead, Infrastructure will plan, lead and oversee delivery of a range of infrastructure projects for the Auckland Region.
This position will be focussed on :
Overseeing multiple projects within infrastructure (ranging in complexity, both new and existing)
Engaging and managing consultants and contractors
Managing schedules
Managing budgets
Reporting requirements
Proactively manage risk and communications with key stakeholders internally and externally

Skills and experience
We are looking for an inspiring leader who is passionate about achieving greater conservation outcomes for Auckland.
You will be highly motivated, well organised and have a positive attitude.
If you have the following, we are keen to hear from you :
Experience leading projects or programs, including planning, implementation, supervision, delivery within budget and timeframes, and reporting
Proven relationship building and contract management experience
Experience in managing budgets
Sound understanding on infrastructure and asset management
Experience with procurement processes and systems
Strong focus and knowledge of Health and Safety in particular to contractor management
Tech savvy skills and drive to learn new systems, including the ability to use computer databases and information system
Excellent resilience, communications skills, a positive attitude, and ability to use your own initiative
An ability to lead teams, work independently and as part of a team

The salary range for this position is $92,912 - $117,570 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
