Help supervise the smooth running of our busy Housekeeping department, train staff, and ensure our guests experience the cleanest rooms!

We require a 'hands on' leader, to provide support to our Executive Housekeeper and to ensure the smooth running of the busy department and small team who are responsible for cleaning guest rooms, hotel public areas, and the operation of our in-house laundry.
5 shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Hours are 40 hours per week, pay negotiable on experience.
This role involves hands on tasks such as room cleaning, room checks, laundry work, stock control, whilst also providing leadership, management, and training of housekeeping staff.
This role is a busy, varied role that requires your strong leadership skills and commitment to enforcing systems to ensure your success in this position.
To be successful in this role :
You have at least 1 years' experience leading a team in a housekeeping department.
You can lead by example and can motivate and train others to get the best results out of them.
You are highly organised and are able to multi task.
You are systems focused, have high standards and have an eye for detail.
You are IT literate and able to learn software applications with ease.
You are a team player and have strong communication skills, with sound ability to relate well to people from all cultures.
You are passionate about the hospitality industry and are highly customer focused.
You are able to work full time (5 days / 40 hours per week) which may include weekends.
