Operations Assistant

Overview

We\'re looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Waipā operations team. This is a varied role where you\'ll be supporting our drivers and supervisor to ensure the smooth delivery of our urban services, while also getting behind the wheel yourself.

Reference : Responsibilities

• Assisting the Operations Supervisor in engaging with and supporting our driving team.
• Helping lead the day-to-day delivery of our urban services, making sure our fleet runs safely, reliably, and on time.
• Being a health & safety champion, always keeping the wellbeing of the team and our customers front of mind.
• Taking on some administrative duties including : banking, rostering, and scheduling.
• Supporting new drivers with route and vehicle familiarisation.
• Managing vehicle repairs and fleet maintenance and compliance.
• Driving a rostered service run as part of your regular duties.
• Overseeing cleaning schedules for our vehicles and depot facilities.
