Our client, the largest marketer of LPG across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a proactive Scheduler to join their high-performing operations team based in Hamilton, CBD .

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule LPG deliveries efficiently to meet customer demand and optimize delivery routes
• Collaborate with drivers, customer service representatives, and logistics teams
• Monitor and adjust delivery schedules in real time to maintain service levels
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures

About You :

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or a similar operations role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Comfortable using scheduling or ERP software systems

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in the utilities or energy sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Familiarity with customer management systems is advantageous
• Strong negotiation skills and a professional, solution-focused attitude
