Reporting directly to the GM Brand & Marketing, you will act as a trusted advisor to Tribe and business leaders, guiding initiatives that drive measurable, customer and business outcomes.There are two newly created permanent vacancies available, based at ASB\'s North Wharf building in Wynyard Quarter.About You10+ years\' progressive experience in strategic marketing leadership positions, ideally within financial services, tech, or complex industries.Proven track record in leading cross-functional marketing programmes and engaging stakeholders at senior levels.Deep understanding of all marketing facets : brand, product, campaign planning, digital, content, and performance optimization.You\'ll have creative ambition, wanting to create work that cuts through and stands out.Business acumen and a commercial mindset, with the ability to align marketing with financial and growth outcomes.A team player, focused on enterprise outcomes and doing right by the customer and the team.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and lead through complexity and ambiguity.We are looking for a strategic marketing leader who thrives on measurable outcomes, continuous learning, and empowering teams.
