What You’ll Do

Lead from the Front : Spend 85% of your time on the sales floor, connecting with customers, coaching your team, and driving results.

Own the Operations : Oversee inventory, compliance, and loss prevention to keep the store sharp and seamless.

Operational Pro : Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident in managing store processes.

Tech-Ready : Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and retail systems.
