Panel Beater

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Panel Beaters to join our team.

Starting pay offered from $30-$40 hourly will be fixed according to the skills and experience for at least 30 hours a week.

However, this will be reviewed periodically.

Any overtime will be paid as per above payrate.

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for the below duties.

Carry out high-quality panel beating and repair work to meet production deadlines.

Repair and replace damaged vehicle body parts, including panels, frames, and underbody components.

Use appropriate tools and equipment such as welders, grinders, and hydraulic presses to reshape and align panels.

Conduct full inspection of structural and panel damage to ensure accurate repair process.

Remove, refit, and realign vehicle body components as required.

Follow repair manuals, specifications, and company procedures to achieve consistent results.

Prepare repaired surfaces for painting by filing, sanding, and smoothing.

Maintain accurate repair records and complete job control documents.

Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety requirements.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including tools and equipment.

Complete ongoing training requirements as needed.

Meet production deadlines as per schedule.

The successful candidate must have at least two years of relevant work experience in vehicle panelbeating / auto body repair.

Alternatively, a relevant formal qualification.

The candidate must have an eye for detail and a hard-working attitude.

Must be physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks.

Availability to work on weekends may be required.

The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions and must be able to pass drug tests.
