Private Residential Support Worker – Flagstaff

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and strong female support worker to assist a 23-year-old woman who is non-verbal but full of joy and love. She mobilises and eats independently, but requires support with personal cares and daily living tasks .

About the Role

• Personal cares include nappy changes and showering
• Food preparation and light household support
• Medication administration via PEG tube (full training provided)
• Epilepsy management and first aid training provided
• Supporting a happy, non-aggressive young woman who enjoys companionship and routine
• Work includes approximately x2 day shifts per week and x2 overnight sleeping shifts
• The family is usually present in the home and values respectful teamwork and respite support

About You

Location : Flagstaff, Waikato

Hours : Part-time (days and overnights as rostered)
