Roster Option 1 :

Monday 2 : 00 PM–6 : 00 PM

Tuesday 6 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM

Friday 6 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM

Sunday 8 : 30 AM–6 : 00 PM

What you’ll do

• Execute Operations & Lead Team : Follow routines for accurate, on‑time process completion and lead your "swarm" to ensure work is done correctly.
• Manage Workforce & Development : Assist with optimised scheduling, oversee multiskilling, recruitment, succession planning, and lead onboarding and training.
• Champion Safety & Compliance : Promote a safe and healthy environment by following protocols, reporting hazards, and monitoring compliance procedures.
• Resolve Issues Proactively : Timely elevate process‑related issues to your Function Lead for quick resolution.
• Contribute to Store Leadership : Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and foster team collaboration through "Better Together" connections.
