WE ARE the Education Review Office | Te Tari Arotake Matauranga (ERO), the New Zealand government's external evaluation agency that informs and facilitates improvement in schools / kura and early learning services.

We work to build a high performing equitable education system and believe equity and excellence in outcomes is possible for all learners when the mahi centres on Ko te tamaiti te putake o te kaupapa - the child, the heart of the matter.

We are seeking to appoint Review Officers to work as Evaluation Partners across the motu.

These roles are within the Review and Improvement Services (RIS) Group.

Evaluation Partner roles are permanent positions.

They are part of the Review and Improvement Services (RIS) group.

The focus of the role is to evaluate the quality of education provided by schools for diverse learners and from these evaluations, support school improvement and prepare reports that are made available to the public.
