This role forms part of the administration casual pool for Specialist Mental Health Service.
This role is mostly based at Hillmorton Hospital, however you may be required to be at other locations as required.In this role, you will provide support to the Specialist Mental Health Service, which involves secretarial and general administration support.
You will be working as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team and therefore you will be required to work with various clinical and non-clinical staff at a variety of levels.In this role, you will be responsible for : Coordinating administration task alongside the teamCovering receptionWinscribe typingManaging referralsCommunicating with internal and external stakeholders and whanauAbout youSkills and experienceThis role requires someone who can manage difficult situations, with composure and professionalism.
As you will be the first point of contact for our consumers, you will be required to have excellent communication and people skills.
