(administrator) who wants to contribute to the Health Industry and support our

Resident Medical Officers, so they can continue to deliver great service to the

community.

About the role

Health NZ | Te Whatu Ora - Waitaha Canterbury is a centre of

excellence for Resident Doctor training, education and clinical experience. The

Resident Doctors - Support Team is responsible for the operational management of

our Resident Doctor kaimahi (workforce). From high volume annual recruitment, to

rostering and coordinating their ongoing employment and training activity -

this team is integral in ensuring our Resident Doctors are tautoko (supported)

and enjoy their mahi (work) and learning experience.

We are looking for an experienced kaiawhina (administrator)

to join a dedicated and hard-working Resident Doctors Support Team (RDST). In

this role, you will be involved in developing and implementing quality

administrative practices to tautoko (support) the Resident Doctors - kaimahi

(workforce). You will form part of a small administration kapa (team) will be

involved in all operational functions.

As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim

settlement this role has been mapped to National Band 4 / Profile 4A
