to cover a leave of absence, commencing

January 2026

This is anexciting leadership opportunity to support and influence the delivery ofhigh-quality, patient-centred care across the service, while working alongsidea dedicated multidisciplinary team.

About theRole

As ClinicalDirector, you will :

Provide clinical leadership andstrategic direction to the O&G service

Champion service improvement,innovation, and excellence in care delivery

Collaborate with seniormanagement and clinical teams to ensure safe and efficient serviceprovision

This is a

0.7FTE leadership role

, which can be held alongside your existing clinicalduties.

About You

We arelooking for a current SMO within the Christchurch Women - s O&G service who :

Demonstrates strong leadership,collaboration, and communication skills
