Workshop Supervisor

You will provide successful leadership of Mould Maintenance, SS Collar, and Fabrication within the workshop. Reviewing, motivating, and lifting the performance of all people within teams is a requirement for this management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the workshop team across mould maintenance, stainless steel collar and fabrication.
• Mentor, coach and develop your people so they’re skilled, confident and ready to deliver.
• Drive production to meet quality, safety and delivery targets every day.
• Champion continuous improvement — find smarter, safer and better ways of working.
• Be the go-to technical support for fabrication, moulds and mechanical engineering.
• Keep safety front and centre — lead by example and make sure everyone goes home safe.
• Ensure the workshop is organised, clean and running efficiently.
• Support training, performance and team growth to build a high-performing crew.
