Assurity Associate Pool - Test Manager / Senior Test ManagerAre you an experienced Test Manager or Senior Test Manager interested in being considered for diverse projects with Assurity Consulting?

We're seeking Expressions of Interest to join our Associate pool, our "go to" group of professionals we call on when we have specific roles on a contract / fixed term basis.To become an Assurity Associate you will need to go through an interview process, reference checks and if required for the contract, an MOJ check.

Assurity can engage associates as independent contractors (for which you'll need to be set up as a sole trader or business with Inland Revenue and have your own insurances) or as a fixed term employee with leave entitlements.Assurity Test Managers focus on setting our clients up for success by supporting the delivery of world class quality assurance to client projects.

Test Management and Test Strategy are key capabilities, as well as Leadership, Stakeholder Relationship Management and Communication.We're looking for expressions of interest at Test Manager / Senior Test Manager level specifically right now as we foresee some exciting opportunities coming up in the next 6 months.Key Responsibilities (may vary based on project need)Lead and manage testing, including developing test strategies, plans, and schedules.Stakeholder engagement, ensuring comprehensive and timely communication with key stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and obstacles collaboratively.Mentor and guide testing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Oversee and conduct end-to-end testing, including functional, non-functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.Analyse and report on test results, risks, and progress to project teams and senior stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and processes.Desired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or a similar leadership role in a high delivery environment.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.A track record of successfully leading projects and managing testing teams.Strong understanding of QA methodologies and practices, and a passionate interest in AI.Experience with Workday, Dynamics 365, and / or Salesforce is preferred.The ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing role.Why AssurityAt Assurity, we believe quality isn't just about technology, it's about people.
