AGE School Auckland is seeking a full-time secondary teacher to join a growing team.

Roles include teaching small classes of secondary students in your subject area while contributing to cross-curricular, project-based programmes.

The role suits a teacher who enjoys flexibility, collaboration, and connecting classroom concepts to authentic contexts.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in your specialist subject(s).

Design and assess integrated projects that combine academic and practical learning.

Support students to set goals, manage time, and reflect on progress.

Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong, consistent learning pathways.

About you

NZ-registered teacher.

Subject expertise in English, science, social sciences, technology, or the arts.

Confident teaching across mixed-ability classes.

Strong communication skills and commitment to student wellbeing.

Experience with diverse or neurodivergent learners valued but not required.
