Responsibilities
Designing, implementing, and managing all alumni engagement initiatives, such as the Alumni Singapore Chapter, mentorship programs, networking events (virtual / in-person), and lifelong learning activities, both locally and in key Asian regions.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders—alumni, philanthropists, corporate and community partners, and foundations—to generate support for education and research.
Managing the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting, and using this data to inform strategy, measure engagement, and drive targeted marketing campaigns.
Developing and executing global marketing campaigns, managing alumni newsletters, and producing professional communications that highlight the value and success stories of the alumni network.
Overseeing the implementation of the alumni community office roadmap and ensuring projects are delivered end-to-end, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving.
Coordinating alignment with internal teams (Marketing, Faculty, Partnerships) and the external alumni team to meet institutional priorities.
Proactively identifying opportunities for program improvements, process efficiencies, and innovative engagement initiatives, while maintaining high-quality standards for all tasks.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, communication or relevant field
3 years of working experience in the Education Sector
Experience handling alumni programmes will be an added advantage
