With an inclusive culture and an iconic portfolio of projects across New Zealand, the wider Pacific, and Antarctica, we are committed to creating safe, innovative structures that leave a lasting legacy for future generations.We are looking for a Greenstar Project Administrator to join us in our Christchurch based team.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating resources, equipment, meetings, events / functions and informationSupporting and driving the Greenstar administrative tasks, and initiatives onsite.Organising, attending and participating in meetings, organising actions and updatesDocumentation; reports, purchase orders, minutes, letters, notices, rostersAssisting with running of the office from IT matters to office facilitiesSupporting the team, consultants and subcontractors to contribute to the successful delivery of the projectAbout youTo thrive in this role, you will bring : A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with 5+ years in senior or complex administration roles and experience in the construction or related industries.Strong communication and organisational skills, with expertise in document formatting, reporting, and proficiency in Word and Excel.A collaborative and adaptable mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and support seamless project operations in a dynamic environment.Qualifications, Skills And ExperienceWe are looking for someone with : 5+ years in a senior or complex administration roleGreenstar experience on a commercial construction projectExperience in the construction or a related industry preferred but not essentialDemonstrated expertise in document formatting and reporting using Word and ExcelExceptional communication skills coupled with initiative and practicalityDetail-oriented and collaborative team player with strong multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and organisational skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-buildingWhat We OfferJoining Leighs means being part of a stable, privately-owned business that is passionate about growth and our people.
