Job descriptionLead civil engineering design and quality assurance Prepare engineering calculations, reports, plans, and tender documentation Supervise and administer contracts, including sub-contractor oversight Oversee stormwater design and review Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Attend and facilitate progress meetings with contractors and clients Review and advise on progress claims, variations, and EOTs Minimum 5 years\' experience in land development and subdivision design Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BEng) CPEng beneficial but not essential Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD preferred Strong understanding of NZS 3910 : 2023 beneficial but not essential Excellent technical writing and presentation skills Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand

The Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you\'ll lead the design and implementation of land development projects, working closely with engineers, surveyors, planners, and external consultants. You\'ll be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions while mentoring junior staff and contributing to project success from concept to completion.
