What we are looking for

Early childhood qualified

Current registration with the New Zealand Teachers' Council

Ability to work within a team

Excellent communication skills : writing, speaking, and listening

Self-management skills : planning, organising, time management, and punctuality

Passionate about creating inspiring, beautiful environments; igniting wonder, curiosity, and stimulating learning experiences

Confidence and commitment to working in collaboration with parents and families

An ability to build community and parental engagement

An understanding of Te Whariki, and commitment to working with staff and parents to achieve continuous improvement and progress

Enthusiasm towards personal development, particularly regarding team leadership and management.
