Job descriptionRoyal Palm Beach, FL (State Road 7) West Palm Beach, FL (Okeechobee Boulevard) Boynton Beach, FL (Boynton Beach Boulevard) Boynton Beach, FL (Hypoluxo Road) Wellington, FL (Professional Way) Work Monday - Friday for full-time employment Execute lesson plans and curriculum Maintain licensing requirements Complete required assessments and observations Communicate with parents and help meet their needs Maintain classroom cleanliness Have fun! Florida Staff Credential (preferred) CPR / First Aid Experience working with children aged 0-13 years Willing to train! 50% off preschool or afterschool tuition for 2 children (full-time employees) First four weeks of tuition for two children free at hire Paid holidays and time off for full-time employees Health, dental, vision insurance, and voluntary plans Pet Insurance TeleDoc 529 college savings plan Direct deposit and paperless paychecks 401(k) with employer contribution (qualifying employees) Scholarships for early childhood credentials Free first aid and CPR training Meals during student lunch time Employee snack and coffee station $1,000 employee referral bonus per referred employee $250 referral bonus per referred student Wage depends on experience, credentials, and position
O2B Kids began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown widely in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Missouri, and Minnesota, with many locations on the horizon, including several new Georgia locations and new states!

Several centers are within close proximity, so we find it's best to determine the best match based on your experience, credentials, interests, and location.
