The Retail Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail activities at Hobsonville.

This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can oversee various aspects of retail operations while providing exceptional customer service.This is a part-time position working a minimum of 20 rostered hours per week.

Flexibility is key, with availability to work late nights and weekend shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.Compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act
