This position sits within the Customer and Community Group and reports the Service Delivery Lead – Aquatics. Customer Service teams are the voice of the customer and the face of the organisation. This opportunity will give you the tools to deliver excellent customer service and could lead into the many customer service career streams within Council.

Our Customer Service Delivery Representatives are the gatekeepers to Hamilton Pools. They are the smiling faces customers first see when they walk through the doors, they know a little about everything going on within our facilities and create memorable experiences, answer questions, take bookings and sell our services and products we have available.
