We're fueled by our focus on providing the best possible service to our foodie customers.We're on the hunt for a passionate, proactive Inventory Team Lead to join our Operations crew and help keep the good stuff moving, from inwards goods to the production line, and ultimately into the hands of our loyal foodie customers.Reporting to our Inventory Manager, you will be their right-hand person ensuring that processes and procedures are being followed to our Gold Standard.ResponsibilitiesPromote and lead safe behaviours and high health & safety standardsManage hazard identification, incident investigations, and housekeepingOversee MHE safety and maintenanceCoordinate inwards goods and stock flow with Inventory Manager guidanceMaintain stock location plans and manage ERP-based inventory processesLead monthly stock takes and resolve ingredient issues proactivelyCommunicate inventory performance and escalate critical issuesImprove DIFOT, stock accuracy, and reduce wasteManage Sunday stock processes and crate / pallet handlingParticipate in cross-functional planning and operational improvementsUse root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepanciesA knack for motivating people and solving problems on the flyForklift / reach license and a valid driver's licenseSolid inventory know-how and data analysis skillsFlexibility, great communication, and a love for fast-paced, high performing environmentsQualificationsForklift / reach license and a valid driver's licenseSolid inventory know-how and data analysis skillsFlexibility, great communication, and a love for fast-paced, high performing environmentsBenefitsCompetitive wagesStaff discounts on our delicious productsFree on-site parking and uniform providedOngoing training and development - grow your career with us!
