Mō te Tūranga | About the role :

We're looking for a Software Specialist to join our Core Integration squad — a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing ASB's core API platforms. This is a hands‑on technical role with a strong operational flavour, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment.

You will work across the software development lifecycle, contributing to deployments, releases, platform operations, and on‑call support. You will also play a key role in mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and driving continuous improvement.

You are a solid allrounder with a curious mindset and a passion for problem solving. You are comfortable working independently and supporting production environments, and you bring a strong understanding of platform operations.

We're looking for someone with solid experience in :

• Version control (Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, or similar)
• Experience with observability toolsets like (or similar to) Elastic Observability
• Windows Server administration in particular IIS
