About youWe're looking for a Project Manager with a solid construction background who has worked on residential developments.

You'll be hands-on, strong with people, and confident leading a team.

You'll bring3+ years' proven experience managing construction projectsResidential development experienceA relevant qualification and 5+ years' industry experienceStrong leadership and the ability to get the best out of teams and subcontractorsExperience delivering projects on time, to scope, and within budgetGood knowledge of contract management and NZ Building CodesFamiliarity with project software such as Procore, Aconex, or Buildertrend

The roleYou'll be running projects day to day, leading your team, and making sure quality and compliance standards are met.

You'll be the link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the site, keeping everything on track and delivered to expectation.
