Health &Safety Systems Administrator
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Health& Safety (H&S) Systems Administrator to join our Corporate division.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our H&S systems, supporting data consistency, and driving continuous improvement across our safety platforms and usergroups.
Whether you are a graduate with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for simplification, or someone with Health and Safety experience and understanding of H&S systems, we are keen to hear from you.
You'll work closely with the Group Safety Systems Manager, H&S Business Analyst, and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure our systems are accurate, compliant, and user-friendly.
This role also includes document control, SharePoint site administration, and supporting injury management and occupational health monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Administer H&S systems including Q-Pulse, and H&S SharePoint
Conduct data and system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support monthly HSQE reporting and improvements to our systems
Manage H&S documentation lifecycle, change requests and communications
Monitor occupational health and injury data, escalating issues as needed
Provide training and coaching to system users and super users
Promote H&S communications via SharePoint and Hub articles
Champion continuous improvement and safety culture
About You
A qualification in Business or Systems (preferred)
Experience in Health & Safety or Enterprise Risk Management systems
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, and ISO Management Standards (advantageous)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, team-oriented mindset
