About the Role
The purpose of this role is to support the Retail team lead to ensure the profitability of retail outlets through timely provision of quality products to store.
It involves working with the Retail team lead to deliver efficient and effective inventory management and pricing systems designed to increase profitability through optimisation of product sourcing and supply, and reduction in waste.

Duties
Ensure the storage, sorting and distribution areas and systems are optimised for the easy identification of products and gaps in the stock.
Support the Retail team lead to establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Establish and maintain a pricing framework for high volume products, e.g., clothes valued at $5, $10 or $20 respectively in consultation with store managers.
Ensure volunteers' hours are recorded with the Volunteer Services Manager at the end of each shift.
Assist the retail team lead with regular delivery schedules to retail outlets as required.
Skills
Previous experience in retail in a similar role.
Ability to work with others.
Knowledge of retail product, price and positioning strategies.
An eye for detail.
Effective communicator.
