We're a full-service agency with a team of communications advisors, graphic designers and a videographer.

What you'll be doing

Leading client strategy : Develop and own comprehensive communication strategies, positioning yourself as the strategic advisor clients rely on

Driving client relationships : Be the primary contact for key accounts, leading all client interactions from strategic planning through to project delivery

Delivering independently : Execute high-quality communications work using your expertise, while leveraging team support when needed

Strategic leadership : Shape communication approaches that deliver measurable results for diverse client portfolios

Mentoring and guiding : Lead project teams and provide strategic direction to team members

Managing client work on time and within budget, and identifying opportunities for client growth

What we're looking for

Strategic communications and advisory experience with proven ability to lead client accounts

Senior-level expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies independently

Demonstrated track record of being the primary strategic advisor to clients

Strong strategic thinking with the technical skills to personally deliver high-quality work across multiple communication mediums

Demonstrated track record of implementing strategies that deliver measurable impact

Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience leading complex accounts

Natural leadership abilities combined with collaborative team working

A curious mindset and excitement for learning, new trends and opportunities
