As a family business, we've grown from the ground up and now operate three iconic brands : Move Yourself, U-Haul Australia, and U-Tow New Zealand.About the roleWe are seeking an individual who ideally has experience in either call centre or customer service roles to join our busy team based at our Customer Support Centre in Frankton, Hamilton.Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Answering calls for trailer and vehicle hire bookings & enquiries (predominantly inbound calls)Accurate note taking in our data baseResponding to customer enquiriesWe are looking for both Day and Afternoon shifts across a 7 day week (6am to 11pm availability)Available hours range from 20 - 38 hours per weekAvailability on weekends is requiredAbout youTo be successful in this role, we would ideally love someone who has : A bubbly, energetic personality with a sense of humourPrevious call centre or customer service experienceFlexibility in available working hoursClear and confident communication skillsHigh level of resilience and the ability to cope well under pressureExperience working in a team-based environmentOur ValuesWe don't just list our values—we live them.
