Builder Labourer

BDS NZ LIMITED is seeking motivated Builder Labourers to join our team in the Aucklandregion.

We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with practical skills and astrong work ethic.

This role requires travel within the Auckland region and occasionally to other regions asnecessary to support business operations.

All travel related cost will be borne by theemployer.Duties :

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to andfrom work sites.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, hazardous materials, and otherobstructions to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, concrete workers) by handing tools,materials, and equipment as needed.
• Erect and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, ladders, and supports toaccess work areas safely and in completing construction tasks efficiently.
• Mix and prepare materials such as concrete, mortar, plaster, or cement undersupervision, ensuring correct consistency and quality.
• Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely under guidance.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down work sites, including site barriers andtemporary storage areas.
• Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning, waste removal, and keepingthe site organised.
• Follow health and safety procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) atall times.
