The Opportunity : We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead our daily field operations and support our continued growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on service delivery, team performance, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, supervise, and schedule cleaning teams across multiple residential and commercial sites

Promote services to new clients and support business development initiatives

Monitor cleaning performance to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained

Conduct regular site visits and inspections

Coordinate procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to service feedback

Assist senior management in operational planning and business development

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and operational reports

About You :

Minimum 2 years of experience in service operations or team management

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Strong knowledge of cleaning industry standards, equipment, and safety protocols

Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Valid New Zealand driver's license

Functional communication in English (Portuguese and Spanish a plus)

Must be drug and alcohol free
