Responsibilities

Plan, deliver and assess Year 5 & 6 curriculum with a focus on engaging and challenging students.

Build strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues and whanau.

Bring energy, creativity and a sense of fun to classroom practice.

Maintain and support the school's values of Responsibility, Respect, Resilience, Integrity and Excellence.

Develop and use Structured Literacy (BSLA) and / or Oxford Maths for numeracy delivery.

Preferred strengths or interests

The Arts

Mathematics

Physical education

Event organisation (camps, wananga, sports events, assemblies, leading Te Ao Maori across the kura)
