Role Description
The Property Manager powered by Real Estate Matching - Real Estate Matching24 is an independent Property Manager working on their own to help clients. Primary manage and buy, sell, or rent properties, which includes tasks like market research, property listings, client meetings, contract preparation, property viewings, and negotiations to achieve clients' goals. Property Manager must also conduct marketing to generate leads, manage client and property data, and maintain strong relationships with other professionals.
This is an independent contract opportunity for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of various properties under own management, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease management, and ensuring accurate records. The Property Manager will also be responsible with maintaining property financials, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring properties are in compliance with relevant regulations.
The Property Manager will also be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing lease agreements with landlords, ensuring the optimal occupancy and profitability of their properties. The Property Manager will work closely with property owners, maintenance and property service providers, developers, and landlords, establishing strong relationships and maintaining a keen understanding of market trends to drive success.
