A hands-on teaching role where innovation meets inspiration - guide motivated learners to think big, work independently and shine.
Looking for a new challenge where you can truly make your mark?
This unique position offers the opportunity to lead a small, select group of motivated Year 7-8 students through a year-long, project-based programme - one where students take ownership of their learning, and you guide, mentor and inspire them to think critically, creatively and independently.
About the Role
You'll design and deliver a dynamic, inquiry-driven programme where each student explores a personal project of significance. The class attracts self-motivated learners who apply to join, creating a culture of curiosity, independence and authentic engagement.
Your teaching will balance structure and freedom, incorporating frameworks such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL), SOLO Taxonomy or similar. Digital capability, AI integration and research-based inquiry will all feature as students develop future-focused skills and confidence as independent learners.
This position replaces a long-standing and much-loved teacher, giving you the opportunity to refresh and evolve a respected programme within a values-based, independent school community.
