Pirinoa School is a small, rural school catering for children in Y1–8 across three classes. We’re located just 20 minutes from Martinborough and 10 minutes from the stunning Cape Palliser coastline, a beautiful setting to live, lead, and learn.

• leads learning with sound teaching practice and a clear educational vision
• is well organised and provides strong leadership, overseeing both the day-to-day running and strategic goals of the school
• works in genuine partnership with students, whānau, staff, and the Board

• is an effective mentor and coach, building teacher capability and a positive team culture
• values and strengthens the presence of Te Ao Māori within the school
