About The Role

An exciting opportunity awaits an outstanding Spa Therapist to join the team at the beautiful La Spa Naturale by the seaside.

We are looking for a passionate and customer focused therapist who is willing to exceed guest’s expectations with memorable spa treatments and service.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, spray tan, and manicure / pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner
• Deliver a high level of service to all guests
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
• Apply best practices and keep up to date with market trends
• Answer telephone calls, reply to emails, book appointments for clients
• Update treatments for clients and enter in Kitomba
