We are the world’s largest second-hand dealer and a market leader in pawnbroking and small loan services. Since our establishment in New Zealand in 1993, our diverse services assist thousands of Kiwis with responsible financial solutions, including short-term loans, instant cash for items, and awesome second-hand purchases. Role details

This Permanent full-time role offers regular day shifts from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm, including Saturday and Sunday, with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service

Process daily transactions across retail, personal finance and buys and loans

Merchandise and maintain store presentation

Work towards individual and group sales targets

Contribute to a positive environment and foster your own professional growth

About you

Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is ideal

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Enthusiastic, with a bit of street smarts

Collaborative, team-oriented, and strives for success

Sense of humour and a passion for helping locals
